Unique Interview Answer to “Sell this to me.”

While we can applaud a unique approach to answering this overused question, you may want to take a more classic approach. Especially if you want the job! The applicant for a sales position never missed a beat when the hiring manager handed over his laptop and said, “Show me your sales technique. Try to sell my laptop to me.”

The applicant put the laptop under his arm and left the office–and then the building and then the parking lot!

Several hours later the hiring manager called the applicant’s cell and said “Bring my laptop back to me right now.”

To which the applicant said, “$300 and it’s yours.”
